Nymphaea the Water Lily

Hmm, I'm not huge on Seedrians or anything, but I'm not quite getting the "Water Lily" vibe from her design. As pointed out, the skirt doesn't quite look like petals. The pastel colors look nice, but water lilies tend to have yellow in the center. I'd perhaps have the skirt in two, maybe three layers, an outer petal-like layer, and a second layer under it with yellow, and if you wanted, you could the part of the top flare out over the whole thing like it is now. Additionally, I'd make the flower in her hair a lighter color, maybe even white, to go with the pastels better.

Confusing multi-tiered skirt aside, it's not a bad design, but it just doesn't really fit the flower you're going for.
