Um so, I tried a couple different things on this picture. Textures, which I found here on DA, credit goes to those artists for the textures, cell shading, and layer effects.

I'm not really sure if I like this picture or not, I'm submitting it because it's colored and I've been doing nothing but sketches lately.

I have mixed feelings about this picture. I think it COULD be a good image... but I just don't think my coloring can pull it off..

In case you're wondering how I did this:
Aside from the basic coloring and the cell shading, I put a two different textures on the image, one as the background, one overtop of Sinic. I used a blending mode to keep it from overlapping her too much and put a light blue outerglow on her.

I put a separate outer glow on her wings and made the glow light gray so that they looked more pure, I used an effects brush and dabbed some white on the wings, trying to give it a pearly effect.
